After our Negotiations, the builder accepted the following offer:
Sales Price: $200,000 - PLUS – the builder agreed to pay all Buyer’s closing costs and to buy down the interest rate by 1/2%. Not only did we save the buyer over $30,000 on the price of the home, the builder paid all of their closing costs, they moved in with NO out-of-pocket costs, and they got a 30 year fixed loan at about 1/2% lower than the going rate at that time.
